Black Duplex is the first mass-produced trailer coated with the Duplex (hot-dip galvanising + paint) surface protection system. This provides C5 corrosion protection and is many times more durable than Magnelis® or standard HDG coating. In addition to being practical, the trailer looks stylish and is just as easy to wash as a car.

Black Duplex has a composite front tailgate that combines a strong metal construction with a durable polymer coating. This solution provides better protection precisely for the surfaces most exposed to damage from stones thrown up by car wheels.

With its double surface coating and reinforced fully welded frame, this trailer is designed for everyday use when transporting particularly heavy loads. The trailer is manufactured using hot-dip galvanised and painted sheet metal suitable for Nordic conditions, from the world's largest and most environmentally friendly producer of special and advanced high-strength steels SSAB. Strong double-groove side profiles increase the trailer's rigidity. Leaf-spring suspension with shock absorbers reduces the impact of potholes on the trailer and improves driving characteristics. Waterproof hubs ensure a longer service life for the bearings. The metal mudguards and running boards coated with special paint can be stepped on and make the trailer more convenient to use. The durable special paint effectively protects against slipping and stone chips. 

The cargo box is equipped with tie-down loops inside and hooks outside for securing the load safely. The tie-down loops are attached to the trailer's side posts to provide greater tensile strength when securing the load. This also leaves the entire trailer floor usable, and the loops do not interfere with loading and unloading, for example bulk material. The cargo box is galvanised and painted both inside and out, providing excellent corrosion protection and easier maintenance. The tipping cargo box and rear tailgate on a fully welded frame allow the trailer to be used for driving lighter vehicles on and off, such as a lawn tractor or ATV.
