14-Day Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing from our online store, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The consumer may inspect the goods and check their characteristics in the same way as they would be able to do in a physical store. If the goods have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Dream Car OÜ may take into account any resulting reduction in value when processing the return.

This also applies to used spare parts. If a spare part has been installed, programmed, used or otherwise modified and its value has decreased as a result, the reduction in value will be assessed according to the condition of the returned part.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, provided that the customer was informed of this before the purchase and unless otherwise provided by law. The goods must be returned to Dream Car OÜ no later than 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid together with the initial delivery costs that are refundable under applicable law no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning natural persons making a purchase outside their trade, business or professional activities. The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to companies or purchases made in the course of a trade, business or profession.
