DreamCar Meta Services Privacy Policy

Dream Car OÜ uses internal software tools to manage its activities on Meta platforms, including the Dream Car OÜ Facebook Page.
These tools may be used to create, publish and manage Facebook Page content, process information related to posts and engagement, and facilitate communication with people who voluntarily contact Dream Car OÜ through Meta messaging services.
What data may we process?
Depending on the Meta services used, our systems may process information made available through the Meta Platform, including:
- Facebook Page identifiers and Page-related information;
- posts, post identifiers and related information;
- information about engagement and interactions with Page content;
- information contained in messages voluntarily sent to Dream Car OÜ;
- contact and product-related information voluntarily provided in an enquiry.
We do not use these tools to collect information about unrelated Facebook users or to create profiles about individuals.
Messenger and other Meta messaging services
If a person contacts Dream Car OÜ through Facebook Messenger or another supported Meta messaging service, information contained in the conversation may be processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, identifying the relevant product or service, providing customer service and maintaining necessary business correspondence.
We do not sell personal data contained in private messages to third parties or use message content for unrelated purposes.
Access tokens and security
Meta access tokens and other authentication credentials used by our internal applications are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors. Access to administration functions is restricted to authorised users.
Data sharing
Dream Car OÜ does not sell personal data obtained through Meta services.
Where technically necessary, information may be processed by service providers required for hosting, security or operation of the services we use, or where processing or disclosure is required by law.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, legitimate business record keeping, customer correspondence, security or applicable legal requirements.
User Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal data processed by Dream Car OÜ through its Meta integrations.
Send your request to e-pood@dreamcar.ee and state that your request concerns Meta/Facebook data deletion.
Where necessary, we may request sufficient additional information to identify the relevant conversation, enquiry or interaction.
After verifying the request, Dream Car OÜ will delete data under its control that is no longer required to be retained for legal or other legitimate purposes.
Data independently retained by Meta in Meta's own systems is subject to Meta's own privacy and data-retention policies.

Changes to this policy
